Real Amazon-to-DTC builds.
Not stock logos. Not generic portfolio pieces. Below is a selection of consumer brands we’ve built or rebuilt over the past few years — across health, beauty, supplements, and pet wellness. Each one is a real Shopify store with real customers, real revenue, and a real reason behind the work.
We work across four categories: Shopify development, custom systems, growth strategy, and whole-business consulting. Most clients hire us for one and end up working with us across all four. The cases below illustrate the range.
We Love Doodles.
A pet wellness brand built around a community of doodle owners — over 500,000 dogs groomed, more than 20,000 reviews, and a strong Amazon channel that wasn’t translating into a real DTC business.
When the team came to us, the Shopify side existed but wasn’t pulling its weight. The store wasn’t built for repeat-purchase economics, the bundle logic was simplistic, and the strategic questions hadn’t been answered: which products belonged on DTC vs. Amazon, how to price without breaking marketplace performance, where the audience overlap was.
We rebuilt the Shopify store, built a custom Build-Your-Bundle system that handles the brand’s specific product mix, integrated the channels so the team could see the whole picture, and worked through the strategic decisions alongside them. The DTC side now compounds with Amazon rather than competing for the same customer.

Meaningful ROAS lift on paid acquisition. New strategic initiatives in motion. A DTC pillar that lifts the marketplace business instead of replacing it.
CosmeticAid.
A specialist post-surgery beauty and recovery boutique serving over half a million customers across the US — operating not as one brand but as several (Bruizex, Lymphoflow, Keloda, and others) under a single Shopify architecture.
The challenge wasn’t building a store. It was building the right kind of store for a business that has to act like a portfolio. Multiple brands, overlapping but distinct product lines, distinct customer journeys, and a category (post-surgery recovery) where customer trust and education matter as much as the cart.
We built the multi-brand Shopify structure that lets each brand have its own voice and product strategy while sharing infrastructure, customer data, and operational backend. The store handles supplements, skincare, scar care, and recovery tools — categories that behave differently and need the architecture to match.

A consolidated Shopify presence serving 500K+ customers across multiple brand identities, with the operational integration that makes a multi-brand business actually runnable.
Amvilab.
A physician-formulated supplement brand with a wide product line across joint health, brain support, immune, women’s health, and more — built around the rigor that a clinically-formulated brand needs from its DTC operation.
The marketing site lives on a separate platform; we built the Shopify storefront and the integrations behind it. That means the Shopify side has to operate cleanly within a larger technical context — clean handoffs, dependable inventory and order flow, and the kind of build quality a brand staking its reputation on clinical credibility can stand behind.

A Shopify storefront and integration layer that lets a physician-formulated brand sell direct without compromising on the operational standards their category demands.
The Nine Aurora.
A premium skincare brand selling across multiple markets — built on Shopify, but operating well beyond what Shopify ships out of the box.
The brief required a multi-currency, multi-language storefront across US, UK, and Italian markets, integrated with a refill program, a loyalty system, ritual-based product merchandising, and — at the center of the experience — a custom Skin AI tool that helps customers diagnose their skin and recommends a personalized ritual. None of this was a Shopify app from the marketplace. We built it.
The Nine Aurora is the case we point to when prospects ask whether we can build real engineering on top of Shopify. The answer is yes — and what we build sticks.

A premium DTC operation that runs cleanly across three markets and three languages, with a custom AI-powered customer experience that competitors can’t replicate by installing a plugin.
200+ projects. Four on this page.
We’ve built more than 200 ecommerce projects over the past 15 years. Many of them aren’t on this page — not because they didn’t work, but because we now focus on a specific kind of business: established Amazon sellers and consumer brands in health, beauty, supplements, and pet wellness, building DTC pillars they own.
If you’re building one of those, the work above is the most relevant proof of what we’d do for you. If you’re somewhere else entirely — and you’ve read this far anyway — get in touch and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit.
